In a historic move for the Irish bookmaking community, seven of Ireland’s largest independent bookmakers today launched an online presence, BetPack.com, which has created 6 new jobs so far and will safeguard over 500 current positions in their shops across the country.

3, Ireland’s fastest growing mobile network, today announced the details of this year’s 3 Irish Open Pro-Am, which will take place on 28^th July at the Killarney Golf and Fishing Club prior to the start of the 3 Irish Open.

Members of Ireland’s cross country team and management were in Santry today for the Irish team press conference ahead of Sunday’s SPAR European Cross Country Championships.

John and Edward Grimes are expected to make their first Irish public appearance at the SPAR European Cross Country Championships in Santry Park, Dublin on the 13^th December. The duo, who are both keen cross country runners, have been invited to the event to help support their nine club mates from the Dundrum South Dublin club who will be representing Ireland on the day.
